The licensing model Kalena spaces, unlike other solutions, is scalable depending on the number of resources to be managed (rooms, desks, etc.) and not based on the number of users, which greatly benefits the management of workspaces in hybrid work models.
This allows us to offer an average price per resource of the most competitive in the market: from €2 per resource/month in the Basic Plan, up to €0,83 per resource/month in the Enterprise Plan. For custom plans of more than 6.000 resources, the average price decreases below €0,22 per resource/month.

5. KALENA IN PANEL: A USE CASE IN CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION.
At Panel Sistemas we use Kalena to manage our workspaces. Since 2019, our offices already had an automated reception for the management of visits, which was integrated with the management and reservation of spaces and resources. The years of pandemic due to Covid19 definitively established a flexible work policy in our company, which taught us to adapt our workspaces even better and use them more efficiently.
These learnings have helped us to continuously improve our Kalena product, put ourselves in the “shoes” of our customers and understand the problems and needs that may arise on a day-to-day basis thanks to new work models.
