Exchange Calendars

Connecting to the Exchange calendar allows you to synchronize reservations created in KALENA so they appear in your personal or business calendar. This way, your corporate calendar will reflect reservations created, updated, or deleted in KALENA.

User managers will be able to manage the linking of Exchange calendars with KALENA resources from Resource Management.

By connecting KALENA with Google Calendars, all bookings are synchronized in the calendar associated with the resource. The team can view space availability from their existing environment, without duplicating tasks.

Microsoft Entra ID (before Azure AD)

KALENA’s integration with Microsoft Entra ID allows users to be authenticated and given access to the corporate active directory. This facilitates single sign-on (SSO) and, depending on the scenario, adds an additional level of security with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Google Workspace

Reservation and access, aligned.

Integrating access control with KALENA allows you to link the entry and exit of people or vehicles with active reservations on the platform. This automates access management and provides immediate updates on the status of associated reservations.

KALENA has an endpoint that receives all events generated by the access control system. When the access control system registers an entry or exit, it sends the event to KALENA with an identifier (for example, user ID or vehicle registration). KALENA checks if there is an active reservation at that moment and executes the associated action: check-in, access validation, or check-out.

This integration enables a fully automated access and exit log, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Furthermore, it ensures real-time synchronization between the access control system and KALENA, improves reservation tracking, and reduces management errors.
