KALENA spaces helps you to manage workspaces in a more flexible and efficient way.
With Kalena meeting room booking system you can make recurring reservations for the same meeting room, book by departmentandadd attendees to a meeting until complete the Meeting Room maximum capacity.
In addition, you can configure themaximum occupancy levels of meeting rooms, and other common areas to ensure appropriate use of the spaces. In this way, more attendees than those allowed by the occupancy level set in the room cannot be called to a meeting.
You can also establish, for example, automatic reservations for cleaning rooms and spaces in the next available slot after the reservation of a space, thus blocking the reservation by employees in that time slot.

Log the entry and exit of users in meeting rooms.
Kalena’s room reservation system also incorporates the functionality of being able to check-in/check-out in the rooms, either manually or by reading QR codes installed in the spaces.
By checking out, even early, the space will automatically become available to all users.
Thanks to the no-show functionality, the room is released if check-in has not been carried out after the configured time. In this way, the room would be freed up and available to other users.
